Lorraine Katanik
Manager of Career and Resource Solutions

Lorraine holds a diploma in Career Counselling from George Brown College and has over 25 years of managerial experience in the not-for-profit and private sectors.  In her role of Manager of Career and Resource Solutions, Lorraine is responsible for developing resources, tools and training opportunities that support the skill enhancement of front-line workers in the sector.  Lorraines portfolio is also responsible for the development and execution of the annual Opportunities Conference.  She serves as the provincial Co-chair of the Ontario Alliance of Career Development Practitioners (OACDP), and in 2008 was recognized for her leadership and dedication to the career and employment sector as the first recipient of the George Brown College Crystal Award.

Faran Ali
Financial Officer

A graduate of the University of Ljubljana's Masters of Business Administration program in Slovenia, Faran is an integral part of the ONESTEP team. As the Financial Officer, he is responsible for the management and analysis of ONESTEP project finances and expenses. His vast array of experience includes work as a Financial Analyst for major corporations such as Bell Canada, Blake Cassels & Graydon LLP and American Express. He is currently enrolled in the CPA certification program at the South Dakota Board of Accountancy and is working to complete the final level of his CGA certification.
