The role of Employer Solutions at ONESTEP is to help job developers in community based employment and training agencies successfully assist employers to find and keep great employees.

To achieve this, the Employer Solutions portfolio seeks to build mutually beneficial relationships between private sector employers and our sector. We also foster the growth and development of the job development function within our sector in order to increase its capacity to meet the hiring and retention needs of employers, collaboratively and professionally.

As we look towards the future of job development, Employer Solutions will also foster the growth of our sector towards a more collaborative approach to service delivery – both to meet the criteria outlined for our sector by government funding grants, and to aid the success of our employer partners to find new employees quickly and efficiently.
