Employer Solutions works with Ontario employers—both directly and through our member agencies—to expand the capacity and quality of employers’ hiring initiatives, and to establish and grow employers’ community connections and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. In other words, we provide assistance to employers that have relationships with our members to successfully hire and retain employees.

The mutually beneficial relationships that we facilitate between our sector and employers are always based on sound returns on investment.

We also support our employer partners in their human resource practices by providing to our sector the tools and skills to help them to 1) further understand the personnel requirements of employers and to 2) assist employers to hire and retain quality candidates.
