Learn how to act as a consultant in order to better help your employers to meet their hiring and retention needs. Move from a seldom used external resource to a trusted human resources advisor by learning how to ask powerful questions and employ creative problem solving techniques to help employers to understand and fully describe their human resources needs. Then support your employers by helping them to design their workplaces and their employee rewards and incentives initiatives to drive talent acquisition and retention.
