Employer Solutions is interested in innovative partnerships with employers geared to generating benefits for both the employer and our sector.

One way that an employer can partner with ONESTEP is as a participant on our Employer Advisory Committee. Employer Solutions is developing a list of key, leading employers to participate on an Employer Advisory Committee so that the employment and training sector can gain a greater understanding of the hiring and training needs of Ontario employers.

Another way that we partner with employers is through Employer Panels. We work with industry leaders to send representatives to participate in our professional development conferences and workshops. Employer Panel participants aid our sector by providing to our membership a brief overview of their read on current hiring conditions, what the hiring process looks like at their organization, and what they see as future hiring trends in their industry. Employer Panel participants profit by learning about the potential benefits of working with our sector, and by building relationships with potential local community partners.
