Employer Solutions sees the potential in partnerships quite broadly; we are constantly looking to develop partnerships with organizations across a broad spectrum of organizations in Ontario and beyond. Yet partnerships must be built on mutually beneficial dimensions so that all partners benefit from working together.
ONESTEP has partnered with:
- Our members to develop programs and projects
- Companies through sponsorships and information exchanges
- Community partners such as OAYEC and sector councils, and
- Educational institutions like Conestoga College and George Brown.
Interprovincial partnerships that ONESTEP has joined are with sister organizations like RQUODE in Quebec and ASPECT in British Columbia on specific projects through the national umbrella organization CCCBET.
The key to ONESTEP’s partnership activities has been our success to partner with particular organizations that achieve specific outcomes for our sector, for our members and for employers in Ontario.
Employer Solutions will continue this work by generating partnerships to benefit the job development function in Ontario.
