
To join ONESTEP as a full member, complete the application form (download Word doc) and mail with the following:
- Complete application form
- Reference letters from 2 community partners (1 should be from a ONESTEP member)
- Copy of incorporation papers or trust document/ certification, or another legal document attesting to organizational structure
- One annual report
- One program/project brochure
- Payment

Definition of Budget: The agency’s operating and overhead budget minus stipends or other fees that go directly to clients is over/under $1.5 million per year. Programs include: those that fall under ONESTEP’s mandate – pre-employment, education and training programs.

Criteria:
- Not for Profit Organization or
- Training trust funds that provide employment-related supports and/or services using the community-based training model
- Must be in operation for at least two (2) years

Benefits:
- Voting rights at meetings and eligibility for Board of Director seats.
- Registration for two employees from your organization to attend the ONESTEP annual general meeting.
- Advocacy with various levels of government on behalf of community based employment trainers.
- Representation of our sector at Service Delivery Advisory Group (SDAG), a component of MTCU Employment Ontario.
- Attendance at ONESTEP sector meetings and regional meetings.
- Participation in ONESTEP conference calls on emerging sector issues.
- Full membership discounted fees for ONESTEP conferences and training activities.
- Forward Online and Forward Frontline monthly newsletters.
- Access to ONESTEP online tools and resources such as Paths to Financial Vibrancy and Strategic Compensation Framework.
- Affiliation with a well respected Provincial employment umbrella organization.
